JUnit source modifications

The JUnit version currently used for the MKSearch project is the 3.8.1 release. To work around problems with the GCJ compiler, the following modifications have been made to the source.

• The redundant imports for the junit.runner.* package have been removed from the classes junit.runner.Sorter and junit.runner.LoadingTestCollector. A JUnit bug report was submitted and this issue is reported fixed in the 3.8.2 release, see Redundant imports in junit.runner package.
